One week done!
Okay so I completed my first week of coaching. Brandon has been so awesome and encouraging. Honestly he could charge at least 3 to 5 times more for this service. I shopped around before I got here and I am pretty sure there are 300 to 400 dollars a month for less of a dedicated coach. But I don't want to give him ideas! But the program is fantastic. It's personalized and tailored to my goals of general health and strength but also my calisthenics skill goals , for now, of which there are many. Brandon has provided almost immediate feedback. He's super positive and encouraging and makes me feel like I'm doing better than I thought (hopefully he's being honest), but he also speaks in such a clear way it's easy to retain the feedback and make the changes. I'm stunned, btw, what he can see from these videos I send him. I swear he must have some super eyesight or just incredible screens he uses bc he can see things in my form from these little videos that I can barely make out. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.
