Just curious. Has anyone in here thought about being a driver? I'll be honest I've gotten my CDL permit twice. Tried to talk myself into going to truck school, but I am completely afraid to drive an 18 wheeler. Just wondering if I'm the only one, because this is why I'm trying to become a dispatcher. 🤣🫠🫠 I just want to do something in this industry.

Hey everyone! I’m curious to know a little more about where everyone is in their journey and what your future goals are. What have you done so far, and what are you working toward? Is your goal mainly to become a dispatcher and dispatch for other carriers? Or are you also planning to build your own trucking company, own trucks, hire drivers, or even drive yourself? Maybe some of you plan to do both. I think it would be helpful to understand everyone’s goals and where we’re all at, so we can ask better questions, share experiences, and help each other based on what we’re actually trying to accomplish.

Hey guys! I am new to the community. I have started this dispatching journey on my own and I started by taking the Boss Dispatching Academy. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with it and it cost me $400. So here I am hoping that I can find the answers that I was not given within that course. I have most of the foundation of my business started. I have a website that I created, a business email and phone number, social media flyers, and even my carrier contracts are almost finished(hope to learn more about carrier on boarding contracts as well). I am stuck when it comes to choosing a TMS for my business and wondering what everyone else has decided to use. My number one contender is LoadOps. Its new but I like how it is using AI with its software. Has anyone used or is using LoadOps? If so could you give me some pros and cons? If you are not using LoadOps what software are you using?
