Sales Roles Are Evolving Fast — What Are You Seeing?
I’ve been noticing a shift in the kind of sales roles companies are hiring for lately. More focus on: • consultative selling • relationship building • tech-savvy reps • long-term customer success For those actively job searching or hiring — what changes are you seeing in the sales job market right now?”

The Skill That Separates Average Reps From High Performers
One thing I’ve noticed across sales teams: the difference between average reps and top performers is rarely the script ; it’s the follow-up. Most deals don’t close on the first call, but consistent, value-packed follow-ups build trust and authority fast. Curious… what’s your go-to follow-up strategy? Email? Call? Voice note? Or combining all three?”

RECRUITING
As we approach a new year, many professionals are considering a change to enhance their financial growth and career opportunities. If you’re thinking about taking that step, here’s an essential tip: always tailor your resume to the job description of the company you’re applying to. This isn’t just a suggestion; it’s a compliance and relevance move that ensures your experience speaks directly to what employers are looking for. Another important consideration: having both a resume and a CV. While they may seem similar, each serves a distinct purpose. Your resume is a concise snapshot of your professional achievements tailored to specific roles, whereas your CV is a comprehensive record of your career, education, and skills. Both are essential tools in positioning yourself strategically in the job market. I’m here to support professionals in crafting documents that truly reflect their value and open doors to the opportunities they deserve. From tailoring resumes to building compelling CVs, my goal is to make sure your professional story stands out. If you’re ready to step into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and opportunities that match your ambitions, let’s collaborate and make your next move your best move yet.

Love the direction of this community. Both the live Q&A calls and the in-depth course sound strong, but the live calls would probably create the fastest growth since reps can get real-time feedback, networking, and clarity on what’s working right now. I also think adding something like a “sales resume/positioning breakdown” or “mock interview/practice pitch clinic” could help reps land bigger opportunities faster. Either way, excited to see how this group evolves.
