👋 Welcome to Career Skills Training
Career Skills Training is designed to help you build valuable career and workplace skills, apply what you learn and keep progressing. Whether you're already a member or you're exploring the community to see if it's right for you, start here: 1. Read 🚀 Career Skills Training — What You Get See what's included, explore the Career Pathways and understand how the training works. 2. Meet Jason – Why I Created Career Skills Training Learn a little about me, Courses For Success and why I created this community. 💬 More Than a Course Library One of the biggest challenges with online learning isn't finding a course. It's starting, staying consistent and putting what you learn into practice. That's why Career Skills Training combines the training with a community where members can: ✓ Ask questions ✓ Share what they're learning ✓ Get feedback and support ✓ Share progress, wins and certificates ✓ Learn from other members ✓ Stay accountable and keep progressing I also run Daily Q&A Monday-Friday, so members can ask questions about their training, career skills and applying what they're learning. 🚀 If You're a Member, Start Here 1. Choose one skill to work on Don't try to do everything. Pick the skill that could make the biggest difference to you right now. 2. Start your first course Choose the relevant Career Pathway and begin. You can learn at your own pace. 3. Introduce yourself Create a post and tell us: What do you do, and what skill would you most like to improve? 🤝 Be Part of the Community Career Skills Training works best when members participate. Ask questions, share what you're learning, celebrate your progress and help other members when you can. Choose a skill. Start learning. Apply what you learn. Keep progressing. Jason

What a wonderful way to help people improve their lives, both personally and professionally. Thank you for this opportunity.
👋 How to Introduce Yourself
There’s been a little confusion about this, so just to make it clear: Your Skool profile is NOT the same as your introduction post. Your profile tells people a little about you when they click on your name. Your introduction should be a NEW POST in the community so other members can see it, welcome you and get to know you. To introduce yourself: 👉 Click Write Something 👉 Select the Introductions category 👉 Create a new post and tell us: 👋 A little about yourself 🎯 Why you joined the community 📚 What you would most like to learn or improve 💼 What you’d like to achieve in your career It doesn’t need to be long — a few sentences is plenty. We mainly want to understand why you’re here and what you want to get out of the community, so we can help point you towards the training that may be most useful.

Greetings all, I’m from MN. I’m here to rebrand myself through new skills that will allow me to pivot from special education classrooms to mesh my current skills with the new skills shared from this community to better serve the community in the spaces that I work and serve in.
