Midweek check in from me to you.
How are you actually doing right now? Not the polished version. The real one. I ask because I think about this verse almost every day when I am working with women on their health. Abundant life. Not barely surviving. Not just getting through the week. ABUNDANT. And I wonder sometimes how many of us have accepted a much smaller version of life than what was intended for us. Especially in our bodies. What would truly thriving look like for you right now in this season? What would feel like abundance, physically, emotionally, spiritually? I genuinely want to know. Let's dream together a little today. John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly."

Iโ€™m trusting God to continually lead and direct the path forward. It is not necessarily the path I planned or would have chosen at 70- but then itโ€™s not my choice if I am trusting in Godโ€™s will. He is so good to me, and my family. Yes- I have bumps in the road and pain in the hip!! But as I seek to stay healthy and grow spiritually- I know that I am on the good road.
I want to ask you something honest today.
When you think about movement and exercise, what is the first feeling that comes up? Dread? Pressure? Guilt? Or something lighter, like joy or freedom? There is no wrong answer here. This is a safe space to be real. What is one form of movement that has ever genuinely made you feel alive? Not obligated. Not guilty. Actually alive. Share it below. I want to know. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit? You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
