Those sessions were super helpful; thank you for your time and investment, Rod!
got energy?
Health is the cornerstone of your relationships, business, and life! Here's my need, YES crowd: I want to book 4 group presentations: 2 local (Kalispell), and 2 nationwide, over video call. I am representing a nutrition company that has revolutionized my health and energy, and I have so much passion to share. My presentation is just information. What you do with it is up to you! DM to schedule!

@Rylee Kuntz I have decided to host the info meetings tomorrow Sunday 3/22 at 6pm via Zoom, Thursday 3/26 7 am via Zoom. I am also willing to coordinate for an individual in person meeting if another time is better for you!
What they fear most!
You know what they fear the most? You becoming a fit, intelligent, skilled, kind, unifying, successful human who sets a great example for everyone around them and works with their neighbors to make the world a better place. They really hate that.

It’s Hard!
It’s hard to get out of your comfort zone most often. We typically settle in to the norm and don’t push too hard. But… when you do hit the “hard” button, the reward is so much greater. I have always felt that way and experienced the other side as a reward. Tomorrow I will be running a half marathon. 5 years ago this would have been a weekend workout. Today, it’s going to be a challenge and more than likely, harder than I want. But I’m here, 1200 miles away from home, intentionally choosing hard. Stay tuned for the after actions report. In the meantime, pick your hard and set the date! If your not sure what to pick, hit me up, I might just have another challenge up my sleeve
