📣Update: If you missed the session but still want to do the same prompts and reflections we discussed during the workshop, I've turned my presentation into a workbook so you can do it at your own pace :) You can find it here. If you are like me and your year is literally starting right now (aka you finally have some undisturbed focus time after weeks of time off, sick kids and whatnot😅) LET*S SET SOME FUN GOALS TOGETHER!

Thank you so much, Elena, the session was truly very useful. I loved observing how plans naturally begin to appear when you give yourself time to recharge and step back for a while. I’m very grateful for the support you provide!
No Weekly call this week
Hey everyone! 👋 I had to cancel today's weekly call. We've had a rough week over here with everyone in the house getting sick, and now it's finally caught up with me too. I'm taking a few days to properly recover so I can come back at full energy. Hope you're all staying healthy and taking care of yourselves! See you soon. 💛

🎤AI Role Play aka your practice partner use cases
I don’t think I’ve shared this before, but I’ve been playing with a use case that turned out to be far more powerful than I expected, which is using AI for role play in learning and practice. This actually came up in one of our Weekly AMA Calls back in December. We were talking about how this could be used to practice difficult or high-stakes conversations. Things like negotiations, conversations with a manager, employees or colleagues and other scenarios. Here are a few concrete examples, hopefully they inspire you to try if you haven't already: 1. Practicing difficult conversations and negotiations For example, giving feedback to an employee, negotiating compensation, or preparing for a challenging conversation with a manager or client. You feed the AI context about the situation, the people involved, and what you are trying to achieve. Then you ask it to roleplay the other person. You respond out loud, pause, ask questions, and try different approaches. You can ask it for feedback on where you have gaps in your arguments or where are your blind spots and help you to practice that. The biggest value here is not only the AI’s answers, even thought they can give some good insights. The value is in you practicing clarity, tone, boundaries, and confidence before the real conversation happens. I don't remember how is it called, but I know its backed by neuroscience too :) Easiest set up: NotebookLM or Projects in ChatGPT or Claude with voice mode. 2. Interview and job preparation with real context A very practical setup is for job interviews. You go into NotebookLM, find/upload information about the company, the job description, and your CV. Then you use the audio mode and ask it to act as the interviewer. It feels much closer to a real rehearsal than reading interview questions on a website. You are training your thinking and communication, ability to respond from different angles. Boom, the job is yours ;) 3. Pitches and presentations

Thank you, Elena! I’ve been using ChatGPT quite a bit lately to practice difficult conversations and boundary-setting. I really appreciated you mentioning and explaining how to use NotebookLM for practicing conversations. I tried this before with GPT, but the voice mode didn’t really work for me.
⛔ Overused AI Jargon List (add to your LLM instructions)
As we rely more on AI in our marketing, copy, and content creation, both we and our audiences are getting more skilled at spotting AI-generated language. Even with a strong brand voice instructions, certain phrases immediately give off “AI vibes.”. I’ve started putting together a list of these phrases (it will be a living document for our community) — ones I frequently see and now actively exclude in my custom instructions. Feel free to use this list in your own: - Custom instructions - Custom GPT's - Brand/voice guidelines - Project instructions If you see any additional words or phrases that you are coming across, share them in the comments so I keep the document up-to-date 🙌 Here is the list

Very useful, thank you, Elena!
Pomelli- new AI experiment from Google (free tool)
Happy Friday everyone! 👻 Google Labs just released Pomelli, a free AI tool built to help small and solo business owners generate scalable, on-brand campaigns in minutes. Here’s what it does: 1. Analyzes your website to create your Business DNA (brand colors, fonts, tone, and visuals). 2. Generates tailored campaign ideas based on that DNA. 3. Produces ready-to-use assets—social posts, captions, and visuals you can edit directly in the tool. It’s currently in beta so sadly I cannot try it just yet (available in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), but worth keeping an eye on especially if you are in marketing & ads space, physical or digital products, any type of brand that needs on-brand content! Here is the link: https://labs.google.com/pomelli/about/ Let me know if you try it and what's your thoughts!
