I'm surprised, I know I've absolutely been eating my feelings for a couple months now , but just admitting that and setting a goal to be mindful of actual hunger-helped more than I hoped. I did stumble once or twice, but I do think I'll continue to require that I'm eating because I'm hungry. I also started looking at recipes like bean smoothies, bean brownies, things I can add dark chocolate to (because I know I lost the most weight and kept it off for about two years when I actually felt satiated and satisfied my sweet tooth. I didn't do bean smoothies before, but I love the idea now. As a vegetarian it's super important I get protein.
3 Steps to Stop Sweet Cravings
Sugar cravings aren’t just about willpower. They can be a sign that your body needs more protein, more water, or a break from the constant cycle of eating sweets. There are many reasons why sweet cravings might be there… But here are a couple of tips to help curb them. These three simple steps can help you reduce sugar cravings naturally: eat more protein—especially at breakfast, drink more water, and gradually cut back on sweets until the cravings are under control. It may seem logical to reach for fruit when you want something sweet, but for some people, even fruit can keep the craving cycle going. Try focusing on balanced meals with enough protein and notice whether your cravings begin to ease. Small changes can make a big difference. You are sweet enough as you are!

I do think the quiz was accurate, it gave me Gaia three times, even though I chose slightly different answers with each submission for some parts of it, because as I've said in private, I love certain foods and felt I should choose both. When I first saw the body of Gaia, I'm like no that can't be me, I don't look like that. But, after speaking with you and showing my daughter what you said, I'm completely comfortable that it was right all three times. I love the resources, and I'm optimistic that I've finally found something to make any progress last.

Thank you 😊
Quinoa Salad
I make a version of this so often in the summer. Usually, I cook the quinoa at breakfast time and then put the whole pot into the fridge so it cools down for lunch. At lunch, I add in whatever vegetables we have in the fridge and parsley and mint. 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil oil and a pinch of salt That’s it. (this one had quite a lot of parsley compared to the quinoa. Usually, I don’t have that much parsley.)
