New online courses
Guys, if you are keen to learn more techniques from me, what would they be, if I was to create another course, I’d love to know what you’d like to know more about!

Start to finish, how you make choices? how texture is layered? how you add your colour? , what is abstract? How far do I go before it is abstract and not just realism with abstract stuff😂? How you know something is finished? I used to find this one really difficult, until I started using a check list. I think the medium/ brands doesn’t matter, if we know how to, we can experiment with the medium if we know the techniques. I could be wrong. Enough from me have a lovely day everyone.

@Ruby Naseem it the ugly stage that gets us, I am liking the new version too so no regrets 😊
Day 1 of 7 - starts tomorrow!
Day 1 – Flow For this one, don’t try to control it too much. Let the ink move naturally across the surface and see what happens. The goal isn’t to make something perfect - just to get started and loosen up. Even a small piece is fine. Post what you create below 👇 I’ll give feedback on everything.

Messing about at the dining table watercolour number 3 was the result of 1&2 very wet at present thought I should leave it alone. So this is my contribution to flow 🤷🏻‍♀️sorry forgot to record. It was a start and that felt good 😊 I will try something else for tomorrow.
7 day challenge
🚀 7-Day Ink & Texture Challenge Thought I’d start something to get everyone creating consistently. This will start 20th April for 7 days! It's just for fun, and to get to know you better. Each day has a simple focus: Day 1 – Flow Day 2 – Texture Day 3 – Limited colours Day 4 – Layering Day 5 – Tools Day 6 – Emotion Day 7 – Final piece Don’t overthink it - these don’t need to be perfect. Even small pieces are fine. Post your work each day if you can, I’ll be giving feedback throughout 👍

I haven’t got any inks? I will try to use something
Everyone introduce yourself
I would love to know from you all : - what kind of art you do? and : - 1 thing that you have struggled with as an artist? I'll go first! I'm an artist focusing predominantly on abstract textured paintings, but more recently I have decided to paint things like flowers and faces. The things I have struggled with the most as an artist is knowing when to stop working on a painting, as sometimes I keep painting and then end up ruining it!

Hi I have been painting for 3 years mostly portrait people and wild animals, I use water mixable/soluble oils, acrylic and pencil. but my partner has developed allergies to all things paint tried charcoal and pastels too messy, so now looking for other medium watercolour/ inks I can use at home. So my struggle is what’s next.
