Who are you becoming this week?
Who do you need to become to live the life you keep saying you want? Most people jump straight into doing. More plans, more effort, more pressure. But that creates the very overwhelm that stops progress in the first place. Inside The Purposeful Path, we start differently. We work from identity first. When you shift how you see yourself, the habits almost choose themselves. Instead of “I should work out more”, it becomes “I’m someone who honours my wellbeing”, and the movement follows. Instead of “I need to be more organised”, it becomes “I’m someone who keeps promises to myself”, and your structure strengthens naturally. Don't try to do too much all at once, it sets off alarm signals to our brain, which doesn't like drastic change. Head to the Purposeful Path in the classroom and follow the structure there when you're ready to make a change. This will keep the brain happy 🧠 ❤️.
