โœจ New Procrastination Hypnotherapy Session Is Live โœจ
The next recording in the procrastination series is now available in the Procrastination Reset classroom. If you listened to the first session, youโ€™ll know it was designed to prepare the ground, settling your nervous system, creating safety, and setting the conditions for deeper subconscious work. This new recording is different. This is the first full hypnotherapy session in the series, where we begin working directly with the patterns underneath procrastination, not forcing motivation, not pushing productivity, but gently unwinding the internal signals that keep delaying, avoiding, or freezing. A few suggestions before you listen: - Approach it with curiosity rather than expectation - Let your system take what it needs, thereโ€™s no โ€œrightโ€ experience - You may notice subtle shifts rather than dramatic ones, thatโ€™s exactly how this work often unfolds Iโ€™d really love your feedback on this one. After youโ€™ve listened, feel free to share: - What you noticed during or after the session - Any shifts in how procrastination feels in your body or mind - Questions or themes youโ€™d like me to address in future recordings Your reflections help shape what I create next, and they also support others in the community who may be listening quietly in the background. Take your time with it, and let me know how it lands ๐Ÿค

Hello lovely, you'll find it in the the Procrastination Reset Classroom, for ease you'll find it here. I'll also update this post with the link (thank you for bringing it to my attention ๐Ÿงก)
Who are you becoming this week?
Who do you need to become to live the life you keep saying you want? Most people jump straight into doing. More plans, more effort, more pressure. But that creates the very overwhelm that stops progress in the first place. Inside The Purposeful Path, we start differently. We work from identity first. When you shift how you see yourself, the habits almost choose themselves. Instead of โ€œI should work out moreโ€, it becomes โ€œIโ€™m someone who honours my wellbeingโ€, and the movement follows. Instead of โ€œI need to be more organisedโ€, it becomes โ€œIโ€™m someone who keeps promises to myselfโ€, and your structure strengthens naturally. Don't try to do too much all at once, it sets off alarm signals to our brain, which doesn't like drastic change. Head to the Purposeful Path in the classroom and follow the structure there when you're ready to make a change. This will keep the brain happy ๐Ÿง  โค๏ธ. So letโ€™s start here as a group: Who are you becoming this week? Share it below and letโ€™s anchor it together.

@Ann Connor So well said. Honestly, life gets a lot easier when you stop trying to wrestle with things that were never yours to control in the first place. Something that helps me is this quick check, is this in my control, or just in my concern? If itโ€™s in my control, I can choose my next step, my response, how I show up. If itโ€™s only in my concern (e.g. I'm worrying about it or overthinking it) such as other peopleโ€™s reactions, timing, outcomes, I try to notice my mind gripping it, take a couple of slow breaths, and bring my attention back to one small thing I can actually do today. That shift, from trying to control to choosing how you respond, makes a big difference to how your nervous system reacts.

@Ann Connor I know you are!
Introduce Yourself
This thread is a space to say hello and begin getting to know one another. Thereโ€™s no pressure to share anything personal, just whatever feels natural for you. You might like to include: ๐ŸŒป Where youโ€™re based. ๐ŸŒป What drew you to The Harmony Code? ๐ŸŒป Something youโ€™d love to experience or shift in your life this year. ๐ŸŒป One thing that currently helps you stay grounded or calm, โ€ฆor just write whatever feels natural to you. Take a moment, share in your own way, and then have a read through a few other introductions. Youโ€™ll quickly see that youโ€™re in good company here. I'll start.

@Dominika Isajew I really love what you said about titles and challenges leaving an imprint, but not becoming your definition. Thatโ€™s such a clean kind of self-trust, the capacity to hold your story without being trapped inside it. Iโ€™m genuinely glad The Harmony Codeยฎ spoke to you, and Iโ€™m even more glad youโ€™re here contributing to this space, making it richer.
The Procrastination Reset starter session is now live.
This is the prep track; itโ€™s designed to help you get comfortable dropping into relaxation quickly, so the deeper procrastination sessions land better. To access it, youโ€™ll need to be at Level 2 in the group. Level 2 simply means being a little bit active here, a comment, a quick share, a reaction, nothing intense, just participation and presence so the space stays alive. You voted for this, I listened, and Iโ€™m excited to keep building the rest of the series for you.

@Dominika Isajew I can't wait for you to reach level 2 also ๐Ÿ˜, I'll keep liking your comments to help you get there.
Struggling to get started even when you want to?
Iโ€™m considering releasing a weekly procrastination-focused hypnotherapy series within the group, something you can listen to anytime you feel stuck, scattered, overwhelmed, or avoiding the things that truly matter to you. Before I create the series, Iโ€™d love to know if a weekly procrastination-reset hypnotherapy audio would be of support to you right now, and this is something youโ€™d genuinely use. Pop your choice in the poll below to let me know if this would help you right now, and if thereโ€™s something specific youโ€™re wrestling with, drop it in the comments so I can consider building a resource around it.
