Jill's Book
Awhile ago I read Jill Turland's book. Today I came across some remedy combinations that I found interesting. As I was entering them into my homeopathy spreadsheet, I thought I'd share them here in case they're helpful for your own studies. 📚 From Jill Turland's teachings: 🦴 Joint & Bone Injury Mix - Symphytum - Ruta - Rhus toxicodendron - Hydrastis 💡 Interesting note: Jill mentions that Hydrastis has an affinity for bones, cartilage, and many types of tissue. She also associates it with the emotional aspect of feeling guilty that an injury was your own fault, which I found fascinating. 🚭 Quit Smoking Mix - Nux vomica - Tabacum Take a dose each time a craving for a cigarette occurs, and repeat with each new craving as needed. 🪱 Worm/Parasite Mix - Cina - Filix mas - Sulphur - I always enjoy seeing how different homeopaths approach remedy combinations. While these are Jill Turland's suggestions, I think they're valuable to study because they broaden our understanding of remedy relationships and traditional homeopathic thinking. What protocols or combos do you use in homeopathy?

Holistic health. Philosophy: Healing is not just about fixing what’s “wrong”, it’s about restoring what’s right, and remembering who you truly are!
