Thank you for your guidance on letting go. It helped me feel lighter as I let go of all fear, doubt, resistance etc. Towards the end I was hearing what i comprehend as a light snore and for some reason it was deeply relaxing. And I love your creative mental screen approach, it really helps me relax.
