I am in floral business. I am wondering if a separate compaign is needed to be set up targeting clicks out of state? Local compaign doesnt seem to be targeting those anymore. (We used to acquire many more conversions out of state into local deliveries, running a local search compaign).

I was just wondering If I am running feed only pmax campaign for 600 profucts for budget around 200-300 $ for 3 campaigns my troas i set up is 100-130% for all of them should i just remove troas from all of them and keep it as maximise conversion but all 3 of them have got me more than 100 conversions just super confused setting a troas doesnt spend all budget doesnt keep me that profitable just break even or maybe 10-20 dollar profit.
