Well done Rochanne! Small steps are the only way to start these big changes. If you need any help with technique and form then let me know!

Carnivore update
After setting out for 30 days on the carnivore diet I am frustrated to say that I crumbled and gave into my cravings while laid up after my operation. I'm writing this for accountability not sympathy. New challenge will be set for Monday even more determined to break my bad snacking habits. We go again.

Proud of You All
I just want to say well done to everyone who is working through their challenges right now. A lot of people think their personal challenges are small or insignificant, but the reality is they’re incredibly important. They matter because they matter to you. Every challenge you take on is a step toward growth, discipline, and becoming a better version of yourself. The whole reason I started this group is because I truly believe that challenge is the foundation of growth. When you challenge yourself physically, mentally, or through your habits you start building the person you want to become. Seeing you all step up and take ownership of that is something I’m genuinely proud of. I’d also love your help. My goal is to grow this into a community where people can thrive, push themselves, and support each other in becoming better every day. So I’d like to ask: What do you think would help grow this community? And how do you think you could help contribute to that growth?
