Well guys, 2025 is close to an end. I'm glad to have started my journey this year, I've made a lot of progress. And we'll improve even more in 2026. I'm working hard on building more and better resources for you guys :) So, I'd like to know: What are your biomechanics' goals for next year? (health / function / aesthetics)

So, I have the R3 XL in my mouth right now. I haven't worn it much as I was waiting for a slight metallic taste it has to go away. I left it in a water with a pinch of baking soda and salt. That got rid of most of it, although it still has a tiny bit. Apparently those are unharmful compounds, so I started today. Anyway, I also learned that I have unusually long arches hahaha So the XL size doesn't dig into my mouth, which most people have reported. For 90% of people coming from R2 Large, just get an R3 Large. Apart from that it feels great. Certainly more stretch than the R2 (both because of size and thickness).
