I've been on glp2 for 7 weeks and im only down 10 lbs.... I work out 3 to 4 days a week, is that normal?

Not losing
I have been at the same weight for 6 months! I go up and down 5 lbs and I am very disappointed. I feel like I don’t know what to do anymore. Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Did you change your diet at all to help with the weight loss process? I had to because of my age cut out sugar, pasta junk food, I had a really change my entire diet to help this GLP one work

Do you tell your doc your on peptides?
I have a appt with a new Dr. and I’m worried to tell her I’m on tirz I want to get blood work done been on it over 2 years and lost 135 pounds.

I told the doc and she was totally ok with it worried for no reason 🙃
Resources on dosing
What resource do yall use to decide on self-dosing amounts? I’m specifically interested in the 3 GLPs.

@Heather Kile Or chat gpt ….start at the loading dose and don’t dose up to fast general rule of thumb is if your loosing inches and pounds no need to dose up.
