You are magic. Sharing is caring. I wanted to share this with everyone because I saw @Kiana Encinas her lovely post ✨Soulful Sunday ✨ Meditation is a beautiful way to come back to yourself, quiet the noise around you, and reconnect with your inner voice and the energy within.

✨Soulful Sunday ✨
What is a spiritual practice that you’ve strayed from that you would like to start incorporating into your daily routine again? For a long time I would wake up and immediately dive into this routine: 1. Prayer 2. Meditation 3. Exercise. I would usually do a 5ish minute prayer, 15-30 minute meditation, and 30 minutes of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, or Yoga. Being an intuitive this routine really helped me balance my energies and stay grounded. It’s important for me to stay close to the Most High and invite in the Holy Spirit so that I am able to discern what information is from the creator and what is not. As I’ve been going through a major transition period the past couple of months, I’ve fallen out of my routine. I pray daily, but I haven’t meditated consistently in months. As for my energy exercises, I would only do them a couple of times per week. It’s led to me feeling ungrounded, confused, and out of sorts. I believe that we are co-creators with God/Source/Universe. So prayer is a great start to set intentions and develop a relationship with The Most High, but then we have to show up with actions that are aligned to what we are asking for and who we want to be. So, I decided this week that I was going to start being disciplined again. Today, all I had the energy and focus for was a quick prayer, a 5 minute meditation, and a 5 minute qi gong practice. I figured it’s better to start small and build my way back up, then to keep being inconsistent. I’ll keep you all updated on my progress each week. In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you all. Is there a practice or routine you would like to restart? Share below and we can all help keep each other accountable! Love you guys, Kiana ❤️

I love this! I completely agree. Since I started creating my meditation videos, I’ve become so much more aware of energy, and honestly, it gives me so much peace. I actually think the little 5–10 minute meditations are perfect. We’re constantly being influenced by everything around us, and our energy works like a magnet. So yes… we NEED those little moments to pause, reset and come back to ourselves. It’s really been working for me. Thank you for sharing this, I really loved your post! 🌿

Weekly Check-In: Finding Your Voice
Take a quiet moment to check in with yourself. ✨ Where have you felt most like your authentic self this week? ✨Is there something on your heart that you’ve been afraid or hesitant to express? ✨What truth are you being invited to acknowledge or stand more firmly in? ✨ How can you use your words to bring more love, encouragement, or healing into the world this week? You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. This is a space to be heard, supported, and encouraged. 🤍 I’ll pin my response! Love you guys 🥰

Wauw, I love these reflections. 🤍 1. Today! I read that my Tarot reading completely matched someone's current situation and I felt so in my element. My soul was literally dancing. 2. Yesss... I'm going to be completely open because this is new for me. 😂 I have PCOS and I'm currently waiting to find out if I might be pregnant. For the first time it's really a 50/50 chance. I'm happy, but also scared because I can already feel the possible disappointment... and that thought of “maybe my body doesn't work.” ..... But as a spiritual guide, I believe my day will come. 3. I need to step away from my insecurities. Knowing that what I bring to people in my videos ... deserves to be shared with more confidence. 4. My own meditation videos and reflection journaling. 🌿

🤍 Weekly Check-In: Empathy & Self-Compassion
As we continue exploring the heart this month, let's take a moment to check in. Reflect on these questions: Where have I been hard on myself this week? What would it look like to offer myself the same compassion I so freely give to others? How has someone else's kindness impacted me recently? If you'd like, share a win, a challenge, or simply one word that describes where your heart is today. Remember, growth isn't about being perfect. It's about meeting ourselves with honesty, grace, and love, one step at a time. Grateful for each of you! 💗 Love, Kiana

Thank you... I really needed this reflection. 🤍 This week reminded me that being gentle with myself isn't selfish. I've spent so much of time putting other people first, sometimes even with my own family, quietly placing my own needs somewhere at the bottom of the list. Recently, I moved in with my partner, and it's been teaching me something beautiful. To receive love without questioning it. To experience peace without feeling like I have to earn it. It's such a simple thing, yet it has made me realize how unfamiliar softness towards myself has been. This week, more than anything, I'm grateful. Grateful for love, for peace, and for slowly learning that choosing myself doesn't mean I'm choosing others less. It simply means I'm finally making room for myself too.

Ooh, this looks like something I would absolutely love to join one day! I'm currently so busy building, creating, working, and settling into a new place. After 8/8, I'll finally have a little more free time, and I can't wait to explore more of what's inside this community. May I ask how you create such beautiful work? I'm a designer myself, and I honestly think everything you've created looks so lovely.
