I am learning so much about this business as a dispatcher it’s opening a new chapter in my life. I’ve been so complacent with being a caregiver for over 30 years I didn’t see change. Now I know there is something else out there to challenge me in trying something different and now I’m ready to go all the way inspired no matter what challenges come.

I’ve learned something the hard way in this industry: A scammer can have an MC#, insurance docs, and a confident attitude. That’s why I don’t move off “vibes.” I move off verification. If you’re in freight, protect yourself: confirm details, confirm insurance from the source, and don’t let urgency pressure you into shortcuts. If they rush you — that’s the red flag
