🌿 Held & Heard is now open — and you’re invited.
Hi everyone, I’m so excited to share that Held & Heard, our weekly reflective sharing circle, is now live inside this community. If you’ve been craving a space where you can land, breathe, and be witnessed without judgement — this is it. Inside Held & Heard, we: ✨ gather in a gentle, supportive circle ✨ ground into the body with breath + somatics ✨ share what’s alive in us — honestly, softly, bravely ✨ listen deeply — without fixing, rescuing, or advising ✨ grow through being seen, not through being “perfect” You don’t need to prepare anything, You don’t need to show up a certain way. Just bring you. As you are. FIRST CIRCLES — choose the time that suits you: 🌞 Wednesday 10/12 at 10:00 AM A soft, spacious morning circle. 🌙 Thursday 11/12 at 8:30 PM A quieter evening landing. You’re welcome to join whichever feels right for your rhythm next week. 💛 Why this matters I created Held & Heard because I’ve seen again and again — in myself and others — that: “You can’t give to others what you haven’t given to yourself.” When we’re witnessed with care, something inside us relaxes. Old patterns loosen. The inner child feels safe to come out. Healing becomes possible in ways it never did in isolation. 📌 What to expect - 90-minute guided sharing circle - grounding to arrive in the body - gentle reflection prompts - your own space to speak and be heard - no pressure, no advice-giving, no crosstalk - camera ON is encouraged — this is how we feel each other and build trust - replays available if you can’t attend live If this speaks to you, I’d love to welcome you into our first circle. Feel free to comment below if you’re joining, or ask any questions. Let’s breathe, heal, and grow — together. With warmth, Zlatuse Goldy 🌿

Let’s Talk Breathwork… What’s Been Your Experience?
Hey everyone 💛 I was planning to record a little video today but feeling a bit low on energy (headache day 😅) — so I’m taking it slow and practicing what I preach. Still, I’d love to hear from you: ✨ Have you ever tried breathwork before? ✨ What kind — SOMA, Wim Hof, rebirthing, pranayama, or something else? ✨ What was your experience like? ✨ And what would you love to learn or understand about SOMA Breathwork? Even if your answer is “I mostly just forget to breathe half the day” — that’s completely fine! 😄We all start from where we are. Your answers will help me shape what I share next — whether that’s short explanations, demos, or mini practices to try at home. Breathe gently today — especially if you’re tired. Sometimes that’s when the magic happens. 🌿 With love, Zlatuse Goldy

@Zlatuse Sedlackova, I've studied and practised many forms of pranayama in my various yoga teacher trainings over the years, but have struggled with consistency. I've also practised the Wim Hof method with my son a few times, I had the app for a while. My experience has generally been good, but I struggle to hold my breath out for any significant time, though I'm okay when holding my breath in. This is the first I've heard of SOMA breathwork, so I'm excited to learn more. To be completely transparent, despite all of my yoga training, I fall into the bucket of not paying attention to my breathing most of the day!
Who’s up for a group call? 🌿
Hi lovely people, I’d really like to connect with you all and get to know you a little more. I’m thinking of hosting a gentle group call where we can introduce ourselves, share where we’re at, and simply see where the conversation wants to flow. Who would be up for joining? If a group setting isn’t your thing, no worries — I’m also happy to have a brief 1–2–1 chat instead. Just let me know what feels best for you. 💛
