Hi everyone, I’m so excited to share that Held & Heard, our weekly reflective sharing circle, is now live inside this community. If you’ve been craving a space where you can land, breathe, and be witnessed without judgement — this is it. Inside Held & Heard, we: ✨ gather in a gentle, supportive circle ✨ ground into the body with breath + somatics ✨ share what’s alive in us — honestly, softly, bravely ✨ listen deeply — without fixing, rescuing, or advising ✨ grow through being seen, not through being “perfect” You don’t need to prepare anything, You don’t need to show up a certain way. Just bring you. As you are. FIRST CIRCLES — choose the time that suits you: 🌞 Wednesday 10/12 at 10:00 AM A soft, spacious morning circle. 🌙 Thursday 11/12 at 8:30 PM A quieter evening landing. You’re welcome to join whichever feels right for your rhythm next week. 💛 Why this matters I created Held & Heard because I’ve seen again and again — in myself and others — that: “You can’t give to others what you haven’t given to yourself.” When we’re witnessed with care, something inside us relaxes. Old patterns loosen. The inner child feels safe to come out.
