Even small unfinished things quietly take up energy. And sometimes we donโ€™t need a whole life resetโ€ฆ we just need to complete something thatโ€™s been hanging over us. Iโ€™ve learned this especially with resilience. Momentum doesnโ€™t always come from doing something huge. Often it comes from finally finishing the thing youโ€™ve been mentally dragging around for weeks. That little sense of โ€œAhhhhโ€ฆ done.โ€ Your nervous system feels it too.
