I virtually attended the live class today and I enjoyed it! It made me break a sweat on this very cold, foggy winter morning. It was so great to meet the other people too. Looking forward to crash my goal with the challenge Perry! Thank you so for today!

What's going on club! Last week I was out promoting the Jump Rope Club in person! We are on a serious push to help more people through jump rope, and that means you guys benefit more. This Wednesday @7pm EST and Saturday @9am EST, we will begin hosting our live classes!!! Of course as members you are free to join. I will schedule and link the class under the calendar session. There will be a live replay section as well. If you've been needing help staying consistent, please come through. I am also going to start going live to answer any questions you guys have!
