Seen gp this afternoon, all is good just muscular pain. However if in two weeks if no improvement then go back, but ideally I need to give it 6 weeks for everything to settle down. It could be a case I might need some physio as I could have over stretched tendons stopping myself falling. But doc is feeling certain nothing is broken 🙌🏻
