My best ideas always seem to hit me at midnight
when the world is quiet and I can think clearly… February was supposed to be our month on “sales” — but I’ve realised there’s not much point jumping straight to that when so many of you (and future new members) are starting from scratch. So… change of plan. 😌 Here’s what we’re doing instead: Over the next 6 months, I’m going to build a step-by-step onboarding process for BBS, tag-teamed with my new podcast. That means: - Each week, the podcast will walk you through one step of starting a business (beginner-friendly, zero assumed knowledge). - BBS will mirror it with simple prompts + weekly “tiny action” threads so you actually do the step, not just listen and nod. The big upgrade: All the episodes + the related posts will be added into a Classroom, so new members can go through it at their own pace without feeling behind or lost. And honestly? This is going to make the whole community stronger. Why this matters: Once the onboarding classroom is built, we can go back to doing deeper monthly themes (sales, marketing, offers, systems, mindset, etc.) knowing that newbies aren’t getting dropped in the deep end. They’ll have the classroom to guide them through the basics… and you’ll have a community that isn’t constantly resetting to “day one.” So February is officially the start of BBS: step-by-step mode ✅ And I’m genuinely excited about it. (Also: yes, I will still be bringing the sass. Obviously.)
