I love this exercise. The first few times I could only do 5 breaths before I had to stop because of pain. Now I do it several times a day 💪
Ultrasound
What about ultrasound? After a few months of so much pain that I actually lost control and self-control, I tried ultrasound with a physiotherapist. She told me that the muscles in my back were so tense that they couldn't move. She thought that was a contributing factor to the extreme pain. After one treatment, I could feel a difference and I'm looking forward to the next treatment. I think that as long as the muscles are so tense, they can't be trained!

I am 69 years old and from Denmark. I retired in 2013 due to severe osteoporosis, scoliosis and constant pain. Before that I was a teacher.
