So I built this automation workflow with AI on a site called Make.com :- - When I upload a video draft to Google Drive, it automatically sends the client a pre written email with the video link and a Typeform feedback form. - The project is logged in Notion with the client name, status "Waiting for Feedback", and delivery date. - When the client submits feedback, it updates the Notion record with their responses and changes the status to either "Approved" or "Revisions Needed." - I also get an instant email notification. - If there’s no feedback after 3 days, it sends an automatic reminder.
