Gained crazy amount of experience with local and international clients as well. How can I get a good job with such level of knowledge and experience?

I'm an outbound appointment setter from Pakistan, currently working with an agency. Our services lie in graphic designing, web dev/design and video editing categories. Our strategy is to find "Hiring" Posts from a few Facebook groups and pitch them the service they are looking for. Now, the challenge is the competition is way too high. About within half an hour there are 50+ comments under the post and probably same numbers in their dms. It's almost impossible to get even 1st reply. So, I'm looking for a few answers. 1. How can I compete and win the opportunity? 2. Should I pick random owners, research and pitch them service, they might need? 3. Or is there any better way to get more clients from Facebook.
