So last night I was experimenting with slightly tweaking my opening repertoire with black. I was playing a blitz game that I didn’t really care about, mostly interested in ideas of development. Anyway, I blundered a rook and started to resign, but remembered Coach Kevin’s advice, so I played on, and pulled out a win in the endgame. Mentality and resilience are hugely important.

What have you found is the most efficient method for actually improving on tactics? Obviously, I work puzzles, but I’m not sure how to do so efficiently.
