I use splice, and have used loopcloud but I'm interested to know where others find more unique samples. I do have 'access' to a great singer too, (as heard on the tune i posted in the music tab) but when I wanna just throw ideas around I quite often get caught up in sample digging...

Taches recently created the Bitwig community, which has been awesome so far! However, I’ve recently decided to add Ableton Live to my workflow and have hit a bit of a roadblock - there’s just TOO much information out there. For those who are experienced with Ableton, what are your personal favorite resources (videos, tutorials, blogs, etc.) for learning the essentials, especially for beginners? Additionally: • What are your go-to Max for Live devices? (Which ones are truly essential in your workflow?) • How do you integrate Ableton with other DAWs? (If you use multiple DAWs, I’d love to hear how you manage workflows between them.)

I'm curious what other people here use for sample digging. We had 25 of the community show up for the first "Community Hangout" group call today and it was just amazing! Everybody had 3 minutes to introduce themself, during which many new connections were made and new friendships kindled. We had some great discussion about ideas for different meet-ups as well as ways to facilitate collaboration between the community. And then at the end, we went round and shared what we were grateful for which was very heartwarming. What an amazing family we are already - less than a week old!
