I own the API 2500 Bus Compressor, I noticed the even when its not applying any compression there's still a very minor increase in volume, around 0.2 db. Is this because there's a tiny amount of saturation being added just by running the sound through the compressor? I noticed the stock Ableton compressor doesn't have the same effect.
