I put some ground beef in a glass jar in the fridge because I didn’t want to keep it in plastic. It stayed there for a couple of days and turned gray. Why does an egg taste so much better when you drink it straight from the shell? I recently started drinking eggs straight from the shell, and I was honestly shocked by how good they taste. Especially when you drink an egg in hot weather, when the sun is blazing outside — it feels really hydrating.

Maybe this was covered in the guides, but is it okay to buy a large amount of organs and meat, store them in the freezer, and then take them out, thaw them, and eat them? For example, I bought 1 kg of liver, cut it into portions, and keep it in the freezer. Does freezing affect the nutrients in any way?
