I’m excited to host a live, interactive workshop inside The Directory with @Michael Rizk, founder of Expanding Capacity. Michael helps people reconnect with their bodies and find long-term relief from pain and tension using simple movements that give immediate feedback. No complicated routines. No intense stretching. Just small, intelligent movements that help your body reset. During this session, Michael will guide us through a 20-minute daily practice that weaves together breathwork, movement, and meditation. It’s designed especially for those of us who spend long hours sitting, scrolling, working, or living on screens (so… basically all of us 😅).
