for some reason, my bounce/vert is very inconsistent, one day im jumping higher and grabbing rim with ease but others im not and im jumping lower, how do i fix that?
this is a 10 feet rim and im 5’9 and 14 years old, is there anything wrong with my jump form? if there is tell me, also tell me what workouts i should be doing to help me. I jump higher off 2 but feel more comfortable jumping off 1.
