Hi All, I started working with Andrew last December I was introduced to him by Ben (grateful). I was in a dark place that wasn't sustainable. On the outside I had everything. Beautiful Fiance, Great Boys, Successful Job that I enjoy had met or was on track to meet all my financial goals but on the Inside everyday was a battle. My life wasn't balanced & I wasn't present. I was on track to burn out and lose everything that mattered. Through the work I live a more balanced & present Life with the awareness that my own emotions impact everyday life my Family & friends. I wanted to stop the Family trauma cycle and live a different more impactful life. Andrew & Ben appreciate you putting this together. Believe this is going to be a big help as we all go through the journey.

Hey guys. Just wanted to share a quick bio, and my background. 34 year old, married with one son (Luca nearly 2) and with another boy on the way. I spent a great big piece of this year working with the powerful Andrew Lynn. Prior to our work together, I was on multiple doctor prescribed medications along with minimal therapy (what I thought to be therapy at the time). What was still happening internally was outwardly reflected and there was no hiding it. With our work together, Andrew and I created a beautiful game plan; long story short I have tapered off medications entirely, I’ve done the work, and it shows in every day life. My goal here, is to always be approachable, open and honest, and simply put, real.
