Nautica blue dial watch and Versace Eros Flame. Wore the grey peacoat this morning. My brown Indiana Jones fedora all day. Took it back from my doppelganger. Many took pictures with it at the city party. Also washed my truck to today. Now out for a lovely dinner with my wife. She said don't get dressed up! I didn't.

I’m in the office today delivering a personal safety and security course. I’ve gone for a Skopes blue tweed jacket, with a navy Charles Tyrwhitt dress shirt over dark blue Levi’s and a pink/white polo belt. I’m wearing my new Ariat Rambler boots, my Rolex and Terra d’Hermes intense.

Casual Friday TGIF Green Michael Strahan quarter zip over a Collars and Co Navy polo. Vertx dark wash jeans with brown Anson belt with silver buckle and brown Thursday President boots. Vincero S2 Chronograph green dial watch and Versace Eros Flame for the day. The quarter zip is perfect fit on the shoulders but sleeves to long and so is the length. Tonight is the city holiday party but I have a casino craps gig I already committed to. Sending my doppelganger in my place!

My testicular cancer operation was 23 years ago today. I wouldn't have had those 23 years (buying a flat/making films/writing plays/changing career/singing in 2 different choirs/joining the Proper Blokes Club walking group/making lots of new friends) if I hadn't said to a doctor, 'Actually, there is something else ...' Self-checking and 'listening to your body' are good things to do and, hopefully, the days when being stoic and 'not telling anyone' are over. Women have been better than this than men since time began; now men are catching up. Check your bits, guys! Find something? Tell someone.

As a big guy moving to become a more trimmed up figure, how do you select clothes knowing it may not fit you in a few months time. Especially on a tight budget.
