DONE! I did 60 seconds of standard plank with no rests before each meal for my assessment. I rate myself a 2 (scale of 1-5, 1 being easy) of how easy it was to do the 1 Minute Assessment Exercises today. My 1 Minute Exercise is 25 squats paired with the habit of going to the bathroom. What I learned about myself is I enjoy using my body.
