Hi All, Has anyone set up both inbound and outbound calling for their agent? If so, how is that handled, in the prompt or through some other manner? Use case: inbound calls classify caller as prospect, current client, vendor/supplier, field technician or urgent caller and then routes call to proper workflow (get info, take message, schedule appt., forward call, etc.), updates crm records etc. If field technician, records info on job status, updates job and creates task list. Outbound: calls suppliers back, makes call based on tasks created by field technician such as calls supplier to place order, calls sub contractor to schedule work, etc.

Hey Everybody, New month! So new goals I know for me, I have had this big realization that AI is just genuinely not that difficult to use. I guess I am very deep in the bubble of people who play with it a ton. But increasingly, I am becoming more convinced that the real skills I want to focus on mastering are my construction management skills. So trying to do more content on construction projects and businesses. The skills that actually matter. The thing I find hard is that AI is such a massive buzzword that any video I do with AI in the title does well. I'm tryin to balance that with the topic that I think really has a huge amount of depth and complexity to it which is Construction. I did this video and was really happy with it. This is more the style of content I want to be doing What are your goals for September?
