@Tony Robinson This home is 4 blocks away from me. This grass has been like this for over a year. I never seen anyone here. Code compliance has sent a notice of hearing back in June. I just saw the notice posted at the door as I was riding back to my house. Would this be considered a distress home? Should I call the building Dept and ask if there was a hearing? If so I will find a contact to rach out to the owner.
