@Caleb Keegan I like in Canada so there’s no thumbtack so I used bark and have gotten a couple deals off of it. Also google LSA has gotten me deals.

Fixed Rate or Hourly Rate
I just got off a phone call with a client. They were demanding an hourly rate and not a fixed rate because they only wanted certain areas cleaned. Call went pretty bad tbh. Are you guys strictly fixed rate (based on calculations) or hourly rate?
