@Christoffer Bargmann No way!! So are you from Lithuania originally? Yes we go back usually once or twice a year with the family, and me and my girlfriend have actually just been in January - lots of snow, it was lovely!

@Christoffer Bargmann That is awesome man, I’ve never camped there, but the woods and all the surrounding area is so nice isn’t it. Do you literally just put a tent up? Haha absolutely man, I haven’t experienced -10 in a while and that was quite the change in temperature from the UK😂 Does it not get as cold in Denmark during winter?

@Sidney Elmes Yeah really felt like I could’ve done so much more. I still walked quite a bit, but definitely lacked everything else.
Hump Day check in guys 💪
How are we tracking so far this week? I’ll be honest, I haven’t been perfect. I’ve probably only had about 15 hours of sleep across the last three nights. Not ideal. That said, I’ve still stayed consistent. So far this week: - 2 hard Muay Thai sessions (4 rounds shadow, 4 bagwork, 4 padwork, 6/8 rounds sparring) - 1 full body weight session - 30 minutes cardio each day I was meant to double up and hit weights again today, but I’ve decided to move my full body sessions onto the opposite days of my heavy Muay Thai days. Both sessions are high stress and very demanding and with PTs in the middle of the day it just wasn’t allowing enough recovery between sessions. Smart training > ego training. Plan now: - Full body tomorrow - Heavy Muay Thai Friday - Third full body Saturday - Tomorrow’s Muay Thai will be light technical work, light pads, light drills Even with low sleep, I’m still showing up and putting the work in. Consistency beats perfect. How are you tracking this week?Wins? Struggles? Adjustments? Let’s hear it 👇🔥

Fair play for putting in that much work with such little sleep brother. That’s one thing I really struggle with. If I don’t get enough sleep I’ll keep snoozing the alarm. What’s spade work? Never heard of that before! And what do you tend to do for your body weight sessions?

@Sidney Elmes Thanks man, I'll give that a try and I’ll a have a look at the workout too. I usually get around 7.5 hours on average, but feels like I need 9 at least
