Anyone coming to Spain this April? The Raw Nature Retreat is one of the few events of the year focused on pure 80/10/10; food, sport, and full lifestyle. I'm learning to figure skate, after 60 years on hockey skates. The similarities are rewarding, but the differences are so striking. I've made loads of progress, but I've much to learn. So fun! What are you learning these days?

This weekend I’ll give skiing a try again after almost 20 years 😅, I’ve learned a little bit how to ski when I was 12 and last time I did it I was 20 and now thanks to my 13 years old son I’ll give it a try again because he wants to show me what he learned during ski camps the past 2 years. After giving birth to my son my anxiety went over the roof so I stoped doing anything that seemed dangerous. The past few years thanks to eating more and more raw fruits and vegetables I am better and better so I am more and more enthusiastic to do again the things that I love like I started biking again this summer, swimming in the sea and started trail running last year. So wish me luck with this one! 😁
Your 2024 commitment

I commit to a minimum of 100 strength training sessions in 2024. 3. I commit to releasing Level 2 and 3 of the 811 Coach Certification program by summer, 2024.

1. I commit to change my dinners to fully RAW according to 811. 2. I intend to do cardio workouts 3 times/ week and yoga each day. 3.Support my emotional and mental health in every way I can, starting with breath work again.

@Doug Graham During holidays we all had a strong flu and made me even more determined to have fully RAW dinners and help the rest of the family in eating more RAW foods also. So I started this week all RAW except tasting the food that I am cooking for the rest of the family (vegan and low fat). To be honest the challenging thing is that I am cooking for the rest of the family and is hard to resist not to eat that food too, but what helped me is when I realized that I can add fruits to the salad, now I feel satisfied after salads too, and also I managed to make a dressing that I love (tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and Mediterranean dried herbs mix). By now this week all worked great and I just finished my third (in a row) Fully RAW day 🥳. What do you think about having some days with just fruits, no fats no veggies? For example today I didn’t felt like making a salad and I had more kakis. Watching Shari’s recipes on youtube helps me a lot.
