Day 1 is here! It's all about Becoming Your Own Best Friend
You won't find me on this panel but the topic got me thinking. We talk a lot about "𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦", "𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧", "𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦". When I was first getting into business, I had just left a 7 year relationship and was really working on feeling whole on my own. It was a really liberating time but also one of the loneliest seasons of my life. I remember being given the advice to 'just love myself' or 'stop overthinking and just have fun'. It helped point me in the right direction, but honestly I still secretly googled "𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧" during my free time. Seriously it's like that. Along the way, I finally came to understand what loving myself meant. It wasn't a feeling, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It was equipping myself with self-care tools that actually worked, and that left me feeling more whole, more grounded, and more content during things solo. Something every business owner needs to master. And that's when life and my business really took a turn for the better. My income increased because I had stronger client-partnership boundaries, more energy, and a happier attitude while serving. I practiced the self-care tools like it was my new lifestyle. I found actual tools that helped me become my own best friend. A few years back I created the 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟳𝟮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 to help you increase your self-love, as well as raise your frequency to be a match for more support, ease, and miracles. Play around with it, choose what you like, do what resonates. For us business owners, even us seasoned healers, remember, self-love isn’t something you earn after a perfect launch. Practice the tools when things feel messy and you wanna quit. Take a nap when you've given your all and still have more on your marketing to-do list. Say “no, thanks” to a collaboration that doesn’t feel aligned. I do that a lot. And please, send the email, launch the offer, or show your face on Instagram even when your inner critic is loud. You're more powerful than you give yourself credit for!!! Your worth is not tied to outcomes of your business, it's just data, keep going anyways.
