I walked into a bathroom and saw signs for "women & nonbinary" and "men & nonbinary." Someone thought about me. Someone considered that I exist. Someone made space for me without me having to ask or explain. It's a small sign. But it felt huge. This is what true inclusion looks like - thoughtful. Spaces that say "you belong here". This quote is STUCK in my head. It's a helpful reminder that anybody can achieve whats easy. But the uncomfortable and challenging things that cause fear are most likely what you should explore.
