I did have a blowout. Also, I think my Dutch oven was way too big for this loaf so that caused it to spread out more I think?? But the flavor was spot on! It was so good! And yes, this is the loaf that someone, or NO ONE, apparently, put a container of sour cream on while in the fridge. I thought it was ruined!

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ everyone, l just joined and looking forward to meeting and interacting with everybody in the group. I have been learning to bake bread 4mths listening to chatgpt and sharing my pics. I think l kinda getting frustrated and really need some help with actual people for feedback. There's nothing wrong with chatgpt but some times its a hit or miss on feedback. @Ann Snow how did they turn out? I tried to make sourdough bagels just shortly before I join this community, so it was a different recipe. However, they did not turn out so well. Lol. But I will try again with Henryโ€™s recipe.
