Another day of work helping and assisting others where they are when they need it
Another day of work helping and assisting others where they are when they need it Just another day at the (mobile kitchen table) office. Since I had more space than usual, I set up shop with my Notary sign so that if others came by, it would spark a conversation.

What a great idea for the sign! I want to do a weekly open time at various spots around my city to highlight local places and that would be a great idea to have on the table so people know where to find me.
☀️ Hello from Central Florida
Hi everyone! My name is Ingrid, and I'm joining from Clermont, Florida. I've been a notary for over 8 years and have more than 10 years of experience working with sales, mortgage documents, customer service, and quality assurance. I'm currently taking the next steps to build my Loan Signing Agent business and am excited to learn, grow, and connect with other professionals in this community. Looking forward to learning from all of you! ¡Saludos desde Clermont, FL! 😊

Welcome! 👋🏻
“Skip the scanbacks and drop the package.” 👀
Most notaries would never expect to read that in signing instructions... but that’s exactly why reading them matters. In this file, the title company requested scanbacks and same-day shipping. However, they specifically stated: If completing the scanbacks would delay the package, skip the scans and prioritize dropping the originals. Would that apply to every signing? ❌ Absolutely not. Many companies require scanbacks before shipping. Others prioritize funding deadlines or document delivery. Every client is different. Sometimes one small paragraph can completely change how you're expected to handle the file.

When I had just started out and had read a line like that, my first thought was that had to be a typo. However, I started to take my scanner with me on the road so I could always scan and hopefully never have to be put in that situation. Protect myself and protect the client.
You Now Have My Entire Team 💙💛
Happy new month, everyone! 🙌 Starting today, you don't just have a community. You have my team. 8 people from The Closing Signing Service, every member involved in operations, are now here with you and ready to answer your questions. You'll see them introducing themselves today, so take a moment to get to know them. One thing I ask: be kind and mindful of their time. We work in a fast-paced environment, so a little patience goes a long way. And if you know other notaries who are serious about growing, bring them in. This group is about sharpening your skills, getting real answers from people who actually do this work, and becoming the kind of signing agent clients trust and keep calling back. Honestly, this does not exist ANYWHERE else. No other notary community gives you direct access like this. You ask, we answer. That simple. We're so happy to have you here. We are training notaries to better serve our clients. How does it feel to have the whole TCSS team in your corner?
