Roast my new image
Been working on an image for this community that is not bland and will make people click on it. Growth boots increased the reach here a lot, but convertion didn't follow, it's at 2% at the moment. I'm still working on a new copy, but let's start with the image first. This is the by the books template for cover images that work, your face on the side, the logo on the other side and a short text selling the idea bellow. Except that I refuse to put my face here, since unlike many communities I'm not selling a funnel to my own services. I'm actually sharing that funnel with VIP members who will have the same place as I do to promote their work, be it in the classroom, "the hire a skooler" page or the live events they can host. So I'm not the center here, I'm not in the spotlight, I'm just a VIP in my own group. This is what I want to do here, and I'm actually planning another community that will have me more in the center of it. So the face here is Roasty! He represents all of us. What do you think? Is this more clickable than the previous one?

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Ok, the new one is 10x better. It clearly shows what the community is about and what they will get.

Version 1 or Version 2 with the testimonial.

I like the second one too. I love the way you invite people to join you on a specific day. I think I’ll use that idea that for my community ads too!
Using challenges to qualify and add value
How do you setup your challenges in the classroom to retain members and progress them on to the next tier or a high ticket program? Thus adding value to them bit by bit?

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Interesting approach. I'm processing how that could be adapted/mirrored to my field.

Hey, guys. Welcome to Roast & Promote. CREATE SEPARATE POSTS TO REQUEST A ROAST. YOU WON'T GET ROASTED HERE! YOU CAN START RIGHT AWAY! Every post must be a roast request, so anything else you want to share, do it here. Introductions, compliments, complaints, funny memes. Just don't spam or post malicious stuff. The community is very simple. Post roast requests. Roast others if you want to have pinned posts at the top as a reward. Don't be offensive and be helpful. You can start roasting and getting roasted the minute you join! Upgrade for more promotion opportunities. That's all you need to know! Now if you want to be a PRO ROASTER, check our roasting classes at the Roasty High Skool!

Thanks for having me here! I'm an integrative and holistic therapist/practitioner helping people with chronic pain and injuries to take their life back so they can go back to enjoy time with the people and do the things they love most in a shorter time. I look forward to seeing how this community can work for me :) Let's get roasted!

@Karin Crawford thank you! I’m working on building and growing my community. It is a work in progress, testing and refining. What is your work about?
⛳ Sell without selling
This is a pitching exercise. Check all the others here. You can engage with them anytime. Imagine you're a pro salesman, going on a golf club full of rich people, trying to network and get them to hire you. You won't just come shouting what you do. You will develop small talk, say something personal, something interesting about you. Ask questions, let them talk about themselves. Let them complain about a problem that you can solve. Only after they gain your trust, you talk about what you do. And you make them think that it was their idea to hire you to solve their problems. How would you start that conversation? Asking a question? Sharing some fact that starts a conversation about a problem you can solve? Do that here. Try to start a conversation that can lead you to talk about what you do and make people want to keep talking to you about it. I'll engage with it like I'm your ideal client.

I got to know and see the real Brazil and learn about its true cultures by navigating in rally competitions around the country for about 4 years.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster ☺️ hard to list them all. From Xuí to Fortaleza, coast and inland, all amazing and beautiful places. Serra de Mármore was probably one of the most surprising and stunning places for its size and surprising appearance on the way. Brazil is a beautiful country with great diversity. Did you know there is a natural water whole where you can float in Jalapão?
