Happy New Moon in Gemini! Emergence is beautiful. I am feeing it this morning. Heading into practice. Saw this and wanted to share. 🌹

I shared with Sara last night that all of this embodiment practice is bringing up so much grief for me. It’s been really heavy and hard but must be processed and released. So I’m staying with it, letting it move. But I also think there’s astrological, solar and collective energy that’s adding to it! How are you all feeling this week? Today feels a lot lighter - I’m off to practice and go into my sitting practice. Much love!
