1 month update!
I didn’t enter the competition. I started the journey on 1st April. I’ve been taking vit D and Biotin, also I’ve been derma stamping every 3rd day. I have missed days where I haven’t applied the solution. The picture where it wearing a jumper was taken on 31st March, just before I started and the next picture is 1st May. I need to purchase the Niz shampoo that Charlie uses. Long way to go I can see progress!

@Mohammed Ali then u might be experiencing shedding due to the minoxidil if the left pic is after, which means its working

How’s it going lads? Been a month for a lot of you now, had any results? Few of the lads in the competition post have had amazing results so far.

Indeed, and in my case I already have 5 months worth of minoxidil

Been doing 0.5 ml every day of rustim, I feel like im seeing some small improvements and Im getting zero side effects.
