I didn’t enter the competition. I started the journey on 1st April. I’ve been taking vit D and Biotin, also I’ve been derma stamping every 3rd day. I have missed days where I haven’t applied the solution. The picture where it wearing a jumper was taken on 31st March, just before I started and the next picture is 1st May. I need to purchase the Niz shampoo that Charlie uses. Long way to go I can see progress!

Right lads. We're doing a competition. Best transformation at Week 12 gets a 6-month supply of RUstim+ worth £250 on me. You need at least 8 weekly photo updates posted in here to qualify. Hair cycles are slow, we can't see it in the mirror. Same way you don't notice your kid growing until nan says "he's massive now." Without a Week 1 photo we'll all be sat at Week 8 thinking nothing's happened, even if it's working. We've all checked the back of our heads in a shop window. Worn a hat we didn't want to wear. When that starts reversing we want to SEE it. Not hope. And once we're all posting weekly in front of 120 other lads we hold each other to it without even trying. Same as tracking lifts in the gym. The lads who log always progress more than the ones who wing it. 3 photos. Top of head, hairline, temples. Harsh lighting, same spot every week. Post below with your week number. Quick update on shipping 👇 We had over 100+ orders come in across Saturday and Sunday, which I honestly didn’t expect this early. I started getting the first batch out yesterday, and the rest have been packed and sent out today. I’m making sure everything is done properly rather than rushing it. Right now I’m trying to: – make everything – pack orders – running the content side – answering questions – trying to work out how to use shopify (which I've never used) and I am trying to remember to eat and sleep aswell. I under estimated the demand and the difficulty of each task. So I appreciate the patience, especially from those of you who got in early. You’re part of the first group doing this, and I want to make sure it’s done right. Everything is moving, I’ll keep updating.
