Me… the series. The Me I See
Note: It’s been a while since I spoke to Dani about some of my other projects. I have a ton of works in poetry I’ve written. With several books in the pipeline of progress. I told her I’d share a few poems here and there. So I felt the urge to share today’s this piece. Hope any of you can relate. Me… the series. The Me I See NS041526KW The Me I See Has brilliant colors And floats on a river of waters Music streams as I flourish. On journeys through mystical worlds. And nothing defines me I breathe through evolutions Of my soul, my life and my future. Never in fear or crisis Letting my thoughts nurture My inner child and the universe Sees me move forward. The direction doesn’t matter What the course is The belief that I have Is the resources That fuel the growth and my Development has the notes To keep me on course To my potential self Without remorse. For the the me I see Knows my voice It’s vibrant and ignited Descriptive and enlightened With an excitement The drives the pathways of my life. Never running out of energy Full of love and inspiration Fancy a dance in celebration. My inner peace Guides me with ease That’s the me that I see. KD.🥰

The Difference Between Self-Publishing & Traditional Publishing
Many writers tend to feel hesitant when it comes to figuring out HOW to publish their book. 📖 There are a few options. ✍️ You could self-publish, which is known as the quickest way. ✍️ There's hybrid publishing that involves for you to pay first. ✍️ Then there's traditional publishing where they help along the way. Which publishing route are you interested? I'm planning on having a special guest, @Rachael Bermingham talk about the difference between self-publishing and traditional publishing since she has been a publisher for 20+ years and her passion is helping others get their stories out there! 😁 I know that this would give a lot of value to many of you and help you understand what you get from each direction you can take along with what you need to do in order to get there. Now, does this seem something that you would be interested in? If so, what day and time of the week would work best? Let me know your timezone as well!

Well without knowing in detail how the processes looks like, I naturally feel that self-publishing is something I want to do. I guess it's because I am used to do everything myself and I am a project leader at work and at home. But, what happens if it fails, would they affect the possibility to have someone to publish it for me in the traditional way? In that case, I would rather try to do it traditional first and have self-publishing as a backup. But I have much to learn.
Hello everyone
Hi everyone. I’m a humble beginner in Sweden who recently found my voice in writing. I’m trying to find my way and learn as much as possible so I can write my story and get it published in an autofiction book. I hope my book can touch others and make them feel less alone. My primary readers are men in their 40s who are doing their best to live up to all the expectations and ideals imposed on them by society and family. The stereotypical man nowadays is supposed to be strong, hardworking, sensitive, tough, understanding, unselfish, supportive, a feminist, a teacher and coach, a full-time parent, a fun and successful worker, and a handyman—all while respecting others' mental needs, except his own. I have been writing a lot of poems and started working on a book a couple of months ago. I made a mind map and a framework, like Dani told me to. Then I made a book cover to get my creativity and motivation going. Now, I am writing the first chapter and just 'word-vomiting' the story so far. Thanks for letting me join; I love being a part of this community. I am writing in Swedish now, but I might try to write in English with the help of Google Docs and Copilot to get my typos and grammar under control.

A MUST SEE!- Writing Workshop Replay! 👀
It took some time to get this up, but HERE it is! This workshop is packed full with information regarding the book creation process. There's still so much that happens behind the screens when you're creating a book. But I made an overview and broke it down into phases, so it's easier to understand. The Phases: 📖 Phase 1: Concept & Positioning 📖 Phase 2: Structure 📖 Phase 3: Drafting 📖 Phase 4: BETA readers 📖 Phase 5: ARC readers 🏁 FINISH LINE with Professional Team! The truth that most people don’t talk about is that books aren’t created in isolation. They’re shaped, refined, and strengthened through multiple hands, perspectives, and strategic support. And when you have the right people in your corner? Everything changes. ⭐️ You stop second-guessing. ⭐️ You move faster. ⭐️ You actually finish. If you’ve been stuck, restarting, or unsure what step comes next—this will give you clarity. Watch the replay, then come back and tell me what landed for you in the comments 👇 And if you’re ready to take this seriously… Comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link to book a call with me and my team. Let’s map your book the right way.

@Dani Rosenblad James I think I liked the advice about defining the ideal reader in detail, to get to learn that person so it gets easier to stay on track. I started to imaging me prompting this person in Copilot as a beta reader (I will of course use several humans as beta readers also). The other thing I liked a lot was all the different questions to ask the beta readers. I am in a facebook group for swedish beta readers and I am a beta reader right now, so I will give her feedback based on theese questions.
